Brain Fitness and the Force of Habit

“It’s the force of habit”. That’s what my father would say whenever he was asked why he did what he just did; “I always do it that way.” I guess another way to say the same thing would be, “I’m used to doing it that way” or “That’s the way I’ve always done it.” No matter how you say it, it all boils down to the same thing. It’s the #1 killer of human growth and potential. The Comfort Zone!
